This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, without requests to third-party services.

Server logs

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva, Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page viewed and your browser type. This data is used only to keep the site secure and working properly, and is kept for no longer than technically necessary.

Contact by email, telephone or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process the data you send (name, contact details and the content of your message) to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying. The data is kept for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

If you choose WhatsApp, your message is transmitted by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, under that service’s own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to atelier@saraivaliving.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or, if you live in Switzerland, with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
